Flame Resistant Silicone Rubber

Flame Resistant Silicone Rubber have flame retardant properties due to the presence of special additives and are used in the production of electronic and electrical products and comply with the UL 94V-0 standard. This type of silicone is designed and produced according to specific needs and applications due to its unique features and properties. In fact, these flame-resistant HTVs have good physical, mechanical and electrical properties, and at the same time, they are flame-resistant. They are self-extinguishing. This group of silicones is used in the production of flame retardant gaskets, flame retardant sealing rings and wire and cable coating for cold cathode fluorescent lamps.

Properties of flame-resistant HTV silicones

  • Very high resistance to flame
  • Good thermal stability (at temperatures from -50 to 250 degrees Celsius)
  • Very good electrical properties

Applications of flame-resistant HTV silicones

  • Flame-resistant washers
  • Anodic and thermal caps
  • PDP, TFT-LCD lamp holder
  • Cold cathode fluorescent lamp wire sheath
