HTV Steam Resistant Silicone Rubber

HTV Steam Resistant Silicone Rubber are specially designed to increase the resistance of silicone rubber to direct superheated steam pressure. Among others, we can refer to the gaskets of electric rice cookers in the household appliance industry. Unlike other polymers, HTV steam resistant silicones are specially designed and produced to withstand superheated and direct steam pressure. This group of HTV silicones can usually withstand continuous superheated steam up to 120°C for at least six months and are used for applications such as gaskets for electric rice cookers in the home appliance industry.
